Approval, rates, terms, and repayment obligations are determined solely by the financing provider. Peninsula Roofing Group, LLC does not guarantee financing approval or financing terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all financing agreements carefully before acceptance.

5 Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in each customer contract or proposal.

Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in:

• Suspension of work
• Additional fees
• Collections activity
• Legal action where permitted by law

The customer agrees to pay all applicable costs associated with collection efforts, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs where allowed.

6 Cancellations
